1. Delivery conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Delivery apply unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing in the written order confirmation. Any differing or additional terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if expressly accepted by us in writing.

2. Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Schaltag AG applies these purchasing terms and conditions to all its procurement. By accepting an order, the supplier acknowledges and accepts them. Deviating or additional terms and conditions, in particular the supplier's general terms and conditions of sale and delivery, apply only if they are expressly agreed to in writing. Acceptance of delivery or payment by Schaltag AG does not constitute acceptance of the supplier's terms and conditions. In the event of a lack of agreement regarding the terms and conditions, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) shall prevail.
