We train our future!

Around ten young people are currently completing their vocational training at Schaltag. With this comparatively high number of trainees, we make a significant contribution to society in our region. But this is not the only important reason why we are involved in vocational training. The apprentices receive a broad and varied education, visit several departments and are integrated into everyday work. Our goal is to prepare the learners in such a way that they can find their way in the modern professional and working world.
