We are educating our future!
At Schaltag, around ten young people are currently completing their vocational training. With this comparatively high number of trainees, we are making a significant social contribution in our region. But this is not the only important reason for our commitment to vocational training.
At the same time, we are also training our young talent and thus our future.
The trainees receive a broad and diverse education, visit several departments, and are integrated into daily work routines. Our goal is to prepare them so that they can find their way in the modern professional world.
